the top RHS corner 4. Click the
"Start Remote Support"
button 5. Click the
prompts to grant us permission
to get in
............. then we're off & running!...........
......you can then communicate with your VILLAGE PCs technician via a
chat box, which pops up onto your screen. The technician can advise you of
what's going on via the same chat box.
Once the task has been finalized, the technician closes the session, then
you're off to enjoy your computing once more. Note, once the session has
ended, your pc can no longer be accessed, the security code has expired.
To continue with additional work a new code must be obtained.
